How long will it take to receive my pet's food?

Once confirmed you’ll be able to receive Hill’s Science Diets within 2-3 business days from purchase. Expedited shipped is also available!

Where do I find my pet's prescription?

You can find your pet's prescription in your ePetHealth online medical record. Under “chronological”, look in “diet” or “discharge notes” from your visit or the exam report card. 

ePetHealth records are updated overnight, if you are a brand new client, please check the day after your visit.

I use CHEWY to deliver my pet's food, should I switch?

We highly recommend getting your pet's food directly from the vendor whenever possible. We have found that this ensures it is not expired and has been stored correctly.
