Do I have an ePetHealth Account?
If you are a client here, we set one up with the email address you gave us. ePetHealth records are only updated overnight, if you are a brand new client, please check the day after your visit.
Do I have an VetSource Account?
VetSource accounts are set up directly by clients. If you don't have one, you can get started here.
How long will it take to receive my pet's food?
Diet requests are available for pickup following our weekly food order. You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
Where do I find my pet's prescription?
Under “chronological”, look in “diet” or “discharge notes” from your visit. Or exam report card.
I use CHEWY to deliver my pet's food, should I switch?
We highly recommend getting your pet's food directly from the vendor whenever possible. We have found that this ensures it is not expired and has been stored correctly.
